SUPPORT
We're here to help.
Email support@songroost.com and a person will answer, usually within a day or two. Bug reports and ideas are welcome too: you can also send them from the app, in Settings → Feedback.
Playing a gig offline
Open Songroost once while you're connected and it saves your library to the device, PDF and score charts included. Each setlist shows whether it's gig-ready: if anything isn't on the device yet, it says exactly what and gives you a button to download it. After that the setlist, its charts, Play through and Record work in airplane mode, and anything you change syncs when you're back online.
Backing up your library
Settings → Back up everything downloads your whole library: songs, charts, notes, setlists and practice history. Keep a copy of anything you couldn't recreate.
Signing in
Forgot your password? Use Reset your password and we'll email you a link. Bandmates opening a shared setlist don't need an account at all.
AI suggestions
AI suggestions are optional. The app asks before it first sends anything to Anthropic, and you can turn them on or off any time in Settings → AI. See the privacy policy for what's sent.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and everything in it straight away, including setlists you share with a band. It can't be undone, so back up first. If you can't sign in, email support@songroost.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
